We have been using Client Hub for the past three years for other products. Last year we introduced the ability to customize your own interview. We are now introducing a set interview for WealthCounsel customers.
Will the price increase?
No, once you purchase the WealthCounsel Client Hub the price will never increase. We are likely to introduce add on features that will become available over time.
Is your interview secure?
Yes, we use the SSL encryption for all access to the server. This is a similar design to what financial institutions use for their customers. In addition, once you download the answer file from your administration page we delete your clients data from our server 14 days after download.
Can my clients use this on their phone, tablet, or computer?
